MALTXML is a series of processes, practices and procedures which allows you to easily and efficiently manage XML documents of almost unlimited size and complexity. TimeBase's technology has made true point-in-time legislative research possible. 

TimeBase has been involved with XML since its inception in 1998 and with its predecessor, SGML, for many years before that. It was from these mark up language technlogies that we developed our patented MALT. Our simple and cost-effective techniques for managing and publishing even the most complex XML data have earned TimeBase major awards, Research and Developement grants and international patents.
