Multiple law report citations and references

Commonwealth Cases contains multiple authorised law report page citations as well as media neutral paragraph references. The inclusion of authorised reports and court recognised citations allows you to use this product as an effective case citator allowing you to potentially save thousands of dollars in subscription fees to several different authorised law reports.

The product is split into two components, available individually or together (at a discount rate):

• 1901 to 1975 - the full text of more than 5,000 cases of the High Court of Australia and Privy Council appeal cases from commencement of the High Court in 1901 (online/web only).
• 1976 to current - contains over 15,000 full text cases from the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and Federal Magistrates Court and also from the Supreme Court of New South Wales (NSW), the Supreme Court of NSW Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of NSW Court of Criminal Appeal, the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal, the NSW Land and Environment Court and the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW.
