Upgraded login security

New protections
Login security has recently been upgraded. This upgrade was necessary to:
- Ensure users access the correct subscriptions (particularly in shared IP and proxy server environments)
- Introduce additional privacy protections for new personalisation features being introduced in 2016 and beyond.
New login screen
TimeBase continues to support user access to services via username and password or IP address authentication. The login screen has been updated and for some users this means a small change in the way TimeBase services are accessed.
Accessing services
- IP fixed users
Click "Login automatically" to be taken straight through to the services.
- Organisation (shared) account
Enter usual username and password; click "Login using password".
- Individual account
Enter email address and password; click "Login using password".
