The Employment Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the amendments contained in the Fair Work Amendment (Corrupting Benefits) Regulations 2017 (Cth) and the Fair Work Amendment (Protecting Vulnerable Workers) Regulations 2017 (Cth).
These regulations amend the Fair Work Regulations 2009 to prescribe further requirements in relation to the content and form of disclosure documents prepared for the purposes of sections 179 and 179A of the Fair Work Act 2009.
