Employment Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Employment Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the amendments contained in the Fair Work Amendment (Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands) Regulations 2018 (Cth).

Fair Work Amendment (Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands) Regulations 2018

This regulation amends the Fair Work Regulations 2009 to exclude Western Australian (WA) public sector employees from coverage of the Fair Work Act 2009 (except Parts 6-3 and 6-4) while working in Christmas Island and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

The amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Employment Service current to 16 March 2018. (Note: Subscription required).
