Income Tax Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Income Tax Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Taxation Administration Amendment (Updating the List of Exchange of Information Countries) Regulations 2018 (Cth).

Taxation Administration Amendment (Updating the List of Exchange of Information Countries) Regulations 2018

This amends the Taxation Administration Regulations 2017 to add 54 countries to the list of foreign countries and foreign territories contained in subregulation 34(2) of the Taxation Administration Regulations 2017.    

The amendments made by this Regulation have been updated in the Point-in-Time Income Tax Service current to 28 November 2018. (NB: subscription required).
