Corporations Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Corporations Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Treasury Laws Amendment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2018 (Cth).

Treasury Laws Amendment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2018

This instrument makes miscellaneous amendments to the competition, corporations, superannuation and taxation laws as part of the Government's commitment to the care and maintenance of Treasury portfolio laws.    

The amendments made by this Regulation have been updated in the Point-in-Time Corporations Service current to 18 December 2018. (NB: subscription required).
