Income Tax Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Income Tax Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Treasury Laws Amendment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2018 (Cth), and commenced amendments from the Migration and Other Legislation Amendment (Enhanced Integrity) Act 2018 (Cth) (Act 90 of 2018).

Treasury Laws Amendment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2018

This instrument makes miscellaneous amendments to the competition, corporations, superannuation and taxation laws as part of the Government's commitment to the care and maintenance of Treasury portfolio laws. 

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Income Tax Service current to 19 December 2018. (NB: subscription required).
