Banking and Finance Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Banking and Finance Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Office of National Intelligence (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2018 (Cth) (Act 156 of 2018), as well as commenced amendments from the Unexplained Wealth Legislation Amendment Act 2018 (Act 126 of 2018).

Act 156 of 2018

The Office of National Intelligence (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2018 amends 19 Acts to reflect the proposed operation of the Office of National Intelligence Act 2018 which establishes the new Office of National Intelligence (ONI), announced by the Prime Minister in July 2017.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Banking and Finance Service current to 4 February 2019. (NB: Subscription required).
