Corporations Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Corporations Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Corporations Amendment (Name Exemption) Regulations 2019 (Cth).

Corporations Amendment (Name Exemption) Regulations 2019

This instrument repeals the Corporations (Change of Incorporation) Regulations 2002 and inserts regulation 2B.6.02A in to the Corporations Regulations 2001 to preserve non-redundant relief from naming requirements for Westpac Banking Corporation.      

The amendments made by this Regulation have been updated in the Point-in-Time Corporations Service current to 11 March 2019. (NB: subscription required).
