Intellectual Property Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Intellectual Property Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (PCT Translations and Other Measures) Amendment Regulations 2019 (Cth).

Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (PCT Translations and Other Measures) Amendment Regulations 2019

These regulations amend the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (PCT Translations and Other Measures) Regulations 2019 to correct a drafting error in Schedule 1 item 18, so that it can come into force on 25 September 2019 with its intended effect. That is, not requiring certificates of verification to be filed with translations of patents documents.

The amendments made by this Regulation have been updated in the Point-in-Time Intellectual Property Service current to 16 August 2019. (NB: Subscription required).
