The Migration Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Timor Sea Maritime Boundaries Treaty Consequential Amendments Act 2019 (Cth) (Act 57 of 2019).

Act 57 of 2019

The Timor Sea Maritime Boundaries Treaty Consequential Amendments Act 2019 (the Act) is the first tranche of legislation which amends Commonwealth legislation to partially implement the Treaty Between Australia and the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste Establishing Their Maritime Boundaries in the Timor Sea (New York, 6 March 2018) [2018] ATNIF 4 (the Treaty). The Government intends to introduce a second tranche of legislation to give effect to the remaining provisions of the Treaty in 2019. All legislation required to implement the Treaty must pass before the Treaty can enter into force. The Treaty establishes permanent maritime boundaries between Australia and Timor-Leste and a regulatory framework for petroleum development in the Timor Sea.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Migration Service current to 2 September 2019. (NB: Subscription required).
