Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Fee Exemptions) Regulations 2020

These regulations amend the Plant Breeder’s Rights Regulations 1994 and the Trade Marks Regulations 1995 to give the Registrar of Plant Breeder’s Rights and the Registrar of Trade Marks new powers to exempt specified classes of persons from the payment of the whole or part of a fee prescribed in the principal regulations.    

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Intellectual Property Service current to 17 June 2020. (NB: Subscription required).
