The Energy and Resources Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2021 (Cth).

These Regulations amends the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2011 (Cth) to implement the outcomes of the recent review of the National Petroleum Titles Administrator’s Cost Recovery Implementation Statement.    

The new amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Energy and Resources Service current to 1 December 2021. (NB: Subscription required).
