Corporations Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Corporations Service has been updated to include the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Fees Imposition Amendment (Fee Doubling) Regulations 2022 (Cth).

These Regulations amends the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Fees Imposition Regulations 2020 to double foreign investment fees and provide clarity by updating references in indexation provisions.    

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Corporations Service current to 24 July 2022. (NB: subscription required).
