Social media networks to deliver safety tips

An initiative that taps into social media networks to deliver information to international students on a range of welfare issues is being promoted.

The not-for-profit organisation intends to promote the wellbeing of international students by cutting across inconsistent state and institutional benchmarks. 

The initiative, which is seeking $70,000 to finance a business plan, is being led by Larry Anderson, a former head of business at the Australia Network, the international TV service run by the ABC.
