Banking and Finance Service Update: Changes to National Consumer Credit Protection Regulations

TimeBase's Point-In-Time Banking and Finance Service has been updated to take account of amendments made by the following legislation:

• National Consumer Credit Protection Amendment Regulations 2011 (No 6) (201 of 2011) which amends National Consumer Credit Protection Regulations 2010 to support the reforms introduced by the Credit Cards Act.
