In response to a consultation conducted in April 2015, the ASX has released two new rulebooks - the ASX Recovery Rulebook and ASX Recovery Handbook, both now live in the TimeBase ASX Listing and Market Rules Point-in-Time Service.

What is Point-in-Time?

For those not familiar with the term, Point-in-Time is a TimeBase unique product which includes:

  1. The ability to change views to ANY date, not predefined dates;
  2. The ability to see amendments yet to commence and any amendments in the past;
  3. Instant comparisons between each version of a section;
  4. Amendments links - date sensitive and at section level - so no more Tables of Amendments;
  5. Date Sensitive cases and other related materials accessible at section level; and
  6. One user friendly interface across all Point-in-Time products with the same features.

TimeBase has 16 specialist Point-in-Time services available for subscription.

What is in the ASX Point-in-Time Service?

 The ASX Listing and Market Rules Point-in-Time Service is the only comprehensive Point-in-Time service that covers 33 separate rulebooks from the introduction of the ASX Listing Rules in 1995 right through to the present day - a span of 20 years of ASX and ASIC data. Also included is access to related comparative tables, historical information, timelines of changes, waivers, tribunal determinations and caselaw.

The ASX Listing and Market Rules Point-in-Time Service is also one of the only products to give customers unparalleled access to all the ASX Rulebooks and ASIC Market Integrity Rulebooks in one convenient user friendly interface.
