The Competition and Consumer Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the  latest principal regulation Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Oil) Regulations 2017.

Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Oil) Regulations 2017

The regulations are a continuation of the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes – Oilcode) Regulations 2006. They prescribe a mandatory industry code for the retail petroleum industry.

The new principal regulation has been updated in the Point-in-Time Competition and Consumer Service current to 22 March 2017. (NB: Subscription required).
