The Employment Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Fair Work Amendment (Exclusion of State and Territory Laws) Regulations 2026 (Cth).

Fair Work Amendment (Exclusion of State and Territory Laws) Regulations 2026

These Regulations amend the Fair Work Regulations 2009 (Cth) to prescribe an additional category of state and territory laws that are not excluded by section 26 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Employment Service current to 23 June 2026. (Note: Subscription required).
