Employment Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Employment Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Defence and Other Laws (Consequential and Other Amendments) Regulations 2026 (Cth).

Defence and Other Laws (Consequential and Other Amendments) Regulations 2026

These Regulations make amendments consequential to the making of the Defence Regulations 2026 (Cth), which remakes the Defence Regulation 2016 (Cth) (the 2016 Regulations). The Regulations include amendments to the Fair Work Regulations 2009 (Cth) to update references to provisions to the 2016 Regulations.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Employment Service current to 15 September 2026. (Note: Subscription required).
