ASIC Regulatory Guide added: RG 221 "online financial services disclosures"

We have just received and added a new ASIC Regulatory Guide to the the TimeBase Corporations Law service.
Details are as follows:
Regulatory Guide 221 is a guide for financial services providers that use (or plan to use) technology, including email and the internet, to deliver financial services disclosures to clients. The guide:

explains how ASIC interprets the online disclosure provisions under Parts 7.6–7.9 of the Corporations Act 2001;

describes the relief available under Class Order [CO 10/1219] (also recently added to our service)

Facilitating online delivery of PDSs, FSGs and SOAs; and
-
sets out our good practice guidance on online disclosure.
