ASIC has updated two of its Regulatory Guides as follows:

Regulatory Guide 74 - Acquisitions agreed to by shareholders
Paragraphs RG 74.15 and RG 74.20–RG 74.29 of this guide have been superseded (see RG 111 and RG 112).
