GST Point-in-Time Service Updates

The GST Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the new Treasury Laws Amendment (Professional Standards Schemes) Regulations 2018 (Cth).

These regulations provide for capped civil liability for misleading and deceptive conduct for the prescribed professional standards schemes.

The amendments made by the Regulation have been updated in the Point-in-Time GST Service current to 15 February 2018. (NB: Subscription required).
