Banking and Finance Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Banking and Finance Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Aged Care Legislation Consequential Amendments Regulations 2025 (Cth).

Aged Care Legislation Consequential Amendments Regulations 2025

These regulations supplement the Aged Care Act 2024 (Cth) by making consequential amendments to miscellaneous regulations across various Commonwealth portfolios, including to the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Regulations 2019 (Cth). These minor and technical amendments update references to former legislation, update relevant definitions, and align language and concepts used under the new aged care legislative framework to ensure the regulations operate as intended.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Banking and Finance Service current to 13 October 2025. (NB: Subscription required).
