The Banking and Finance Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Proceeds of Crime Amendment (2026 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2026 (Cth).

Proceeds of Crime Amendment (2026 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2026

These regulations amend the Proceeds of Crime Regulations 2019 (Cth) to expand certain definitions to ensure the regime established by the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Cth) remains fit for purpose, and can properly respond to current and emerging criminal activity, particularly by serious and organised crime.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Banking and Finance Service current to 12 February 2026. (NB: Subscription required).
