Corporations Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Corporations Service has been updated to include the Corporations (Review Fees) Amendment (Technical Amendments) Act 2026 (Cth) (Act No 6 of 2026).

Act 6 of 2026

This Act inserts a new provision in the Corporations (Review Fees) Act 2003 (Cth) to validate certain review fees collected by ASIC for the period from 1 July 2011 to 11 March 2025. These fees are certain annual review fees, upfront fees and late fees for certain entities.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Corporations Service current to 16 March 2026. (NB: subscription required).
