Corporations Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Corporations Service has been updated to include the Treasury Laws Amendment (Minor and Technical Amendments No. 1) Regulations 2026 (Cth).

Treasury Laws Amendment (Minor and Technical Amendments No. 1) Regulations 2026

These regulations make minor and technical amendments within Treasury portfolio legislation to ensure that it remains fit for purpose and continues to work for relevant stakeholders and the broader public. The Regulations include an amendment to fix an incorrect cross-referencing in Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth).

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Corporations Service current to 22 April 2026. (NB: subscription required).
