Minimum System Requirements for TimeBase

The system requirements for the TimeBase LawOne and Point-in-Time platforms are outlined below. After careful investigation we have chosen these generous minimum requirements to ensure 99% of users are able to access the services.

We have also developed a Technical requirements test page so you can check all requirements that will optimise your usage of the site.

Web Browser

TimeBase LawOne and Point-in-Time services are not software you need to install. Instead, they run on the browser you normally use to access web pages on the Internet.

TimeBase supported browsers include:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 10.0 (released 12 April 2011) or newer

• Google Chrome 14.0 (released 4 October 2011) or newer

• Mozilla Firefox 8.0 (released 8 November 2011) or newer

• Safari 7.0 (released 22 October 2013) or newer

You also need to have Javascript and Cookies enabled.

A note about Internet Explorer 9.0 (IE9)

TimeBase sites will not support IE9 after 1 June 2017. Microsoft has not provided security updates or technical support for IE9 since January 2016.
