Track COVID-19 legislative instruments in TimeBase LawOne

A new Health/COVID-19 Sub-subject has been created in TimeBase LawOne for the purpose of allowing our users to quickly locate, access and track legislative instruments that concern COVID-19.  We will be including instruments outside our normal coverage which may additionally include instruments such as unnumbered orders, determinations or declarations.  

This is a new category that we’ve created specifically to assist our customers in this challenging time, and we're still working on how this project will evolve. Please feel free to let us know if you have any suggestions.

To create a Profile to track COVID-19 legislation:

  1. Make sure you are logged into an individual account (not IP fixed)

  2. Go to the LawTracker tab, select Alerts

  3. Click the ‘New alert profile’ green button at the top right of the page

  4. Enter your Profile Name and Description, select Frequency (we recommend twice daily alerting and that you leave all the Events ticked)

  5. Select ‘Create Profile”

  6. On the Edit tracked legislation page, select the plus ‘+’ next to the Health Subject, then tick the COVID-19 Sub-subject

  7. Select Save Profile

  8. Return to My alert profiles to share the profile with other users from your organisation.

Remember that the Profile can be turned into an RSS feed that can be used to populate your organisation’s intranet. The COVID-19 Sub-subject is also now available in the Browse by Subject and Search by Subject menus.

We’re launching this service on the evening of 19 March 2020, but it may take a few days for us to add previous legislative instruments to the category.
