Access, supporting remote work

Wednesday 25 March 2020 @ 3.00 p.m.

TimeBase services can be accessed from any location (home or office), and our staff continue to be available by phone - 1800 077 088 (freecall), or email - service@timebase.com.au.

IP access

If you usually access TimeBase services by logging in via your work intranet, you may be able to continue using IP access if you are going in via a proxy server or VPN connection.

Creating your account

If you are not seeing the IP login option then you will need to create an account with an email address and password, so that we can log you in.  Creating your own account is simple. Go to https://auth.timebase.com.au/drm/register.html. Please use your work email address so we know what subscriptions to give you access to. You will receive an activation email to complete the setup (you may need to check your spam folder).

Username/password access

Users who login with their own username and password can access TimeBase services in the same way from any location.

To create your own account, see the Creating your account section above.

Unable to create account message

If you try to create an account and get “Sorry, we were unable to create your account at this time” message you may already have an account. Use your work email address and try to reset your password here. If you have an individual account you will receive an email with further instructions.

Contact us with ANY access issues

TimeBase staff are all based in Australia and working as normal (many remotely). We are as always committed to alerting on legislative change and database updating, while our service improvements and new feature development are all still on target.

If you have any access issues or questions simply contact us on 1800 077 088 (freecall) or email service@timebase.com.au.
