Need help using TimeBase services? We have developed a range of resources including videos and user guides that are easily accessible, user friendly and comprehensive.
TimeBase LawOne and Point-in-Time training videos
We have created 8 training videos users can access at any time. Each video takes users step-by-step through key functions. Most of the videos are no more than 5 minutes long and cover topics such as Navigating, Search, Browse, and more.

LawOne user guides
There are comprehensive user guides in the Help section of LawOne. The user guides contain step-by-step instructions and screenshots in an easy to view (and share) pdf format. The Guides cover Searching, Browsing, Viewing content, Alert profiles, Legislative activity reports and Profile administration.
