Under the new provisions in the Fair Work Act, the Well Done Group is being accused in the Federal Magistrate’s Court of underpaying more than 40 casual workers to the merry tune of over $200,000.

The workers were allegedly underpaid their minimum hourly rate, shift, weekend and public holiday allowances, overtime rates and loading in lieu of annual leave. The Managing Director also allegedly failed to comply with a request to produce records and documents for the Fair Work Inspector.
