Enterprise bargaining: Does it favour Workers over Employers?

A Senior Minister in South Australian Government has supported cutting worker's rights gained through enterprise bargaining.

South Australian Parliament is in uproar over comments made by Michael Wright over enterprise bargaining.

"The federal government is committed to maintaining a fair and balanced industrial relations system that is underpinned by a comprehensive safety net and has an agreement framework that encourages good-faith bargaining at the enterprise level," Senator Chris Evans, Workplace Relations Minister said.
