Swearing at work is OK as worker wins appeal

Your mother won't let you say it - but it appears that the courts will.

Train driver Marc Chapman has escaped punishment for using the C-word in a workplace rant in a ruling that signals it is OK to use the last taboo swear word - in some circumstances.

You can still expect to be disciplined if you call your boss one, or a workmate one, or direct the swear word to a member of the public
