What are 'Red Flags' in LawOne?

When using our LawOne Service I have come across a 'red flag' icon at the top of the page for an individual Act or Regulation. What does this mean?
A:
The red flag is our simple alerting system letting you know that the Act or Regulation contains unconsolidated or uncommenced amendments. By simply clicking on the currency menu, you can see a chronological list of all amendments yet to be incorporated by our editorial team, yet to be commenced or yet to be proclaimed. And to make it even easier, to see the amendments, all you need to do is follow the links as underlined in the currency menu. It's that simple!
The currency menu also lets you know the last Act or Regulation contained in the update and it's commencement date.
