How do I Find Secondary Materials for Bills or Regulations in LawOne?
Secondary Materials are attached to all Bills and Regulations in LawOne through the Details link at the top of the full text consolidation of the Act or Regulation.
1. To find an Explanatory Statement for a Regulation:
- Navigate to the full text consolidation of the Regulation using either the browse functionality, the Quick Search or the Advanced Search. Click on the "Details" link at the top of the page
- All additional materials will be in the box with the full text download of the Regulation titled "Additional Information and Regulation as Passed"
2. To Find Secondary Materials for an Act
- Navigate to the full text consolidation of the Act using either the browse functionality, the Quick Search or the Advanced Search. Click on the "Details" link at the top of the page
- Click on the "Enacted by" link to navigate to the associated bill
- All additional secondary materials will be in the box titled "Additional Information and Bill"
3. To find Secondary Materials for a Bill
- Navigate to the Bill through the Quick Search functionality or by using the Browse by Bill Title functionality from the Jurisdiction Homepage
- All addtional secondary materials will be in the box titled "Additional Information and Bill" as in Step 2 above
