Competition and Consumer Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Competition and Consumer Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the latest amendments in the Treasury Laws Amendment (Professional Standards Schemes) Regulations 2017.

Amendments in the Regulation

This regulation provides for capped civil liability for misleading and deceptive conduct for the prescribed professional standards schemes.

The new principal regulations have been updated in the Point-in-Time Competition and Consumer Service current to 1 June 2017. (NB: Subscription required).
