Corporations Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Corporations Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the latest amendments in the Treasury Laws Amendment (Professional Standards Schemes) Regulations 2017.

Amendments in the Regulation

This regulation provides for capped civil liability for misleading and deceptive conduct for the prescribed professional standards schemes.

The amendments made by the Regulation have been updated in the Point-in-Time Corporations Service current to 1 June 2017. (NB: Subscription required).
