Migration Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Migration Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the amendments from the Migration Amendment (Validation of Decisions) Act 2017 (95 of 2017).

Act 95 of 2017

The Migration Amendment (Validation of Decisions) Act 2017 (Cth) amends the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) to preserve existing section 501 character decisions made relying on information provided by gazetted law enforcement and intelligence agencies, which is protected, or purportedly protected, from disclosure under section 503A .

The amendments made by Act 95 of 2017 have been updated in the Point-in-TimeMigration Service current to 8 September 2017. (NB: Subscription required).
