The Corporations Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the new Treasury Laws Amendment (Professional Standards Schemes) Regulations 2018 (Cth).

These regulations provide for capped civil liability for misleading and deceptive conduct for the prescribed professional standards schemes

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Corporations Service current to 15 January 2018. (NB: Subscription required).
