The Banking and Finance Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the new principal Financial Transaction Reports Regulations 2019 (Cth).

Financial Transaction Reports Regulations 2019

This instrument remakes the Financial Transaction Reports Regulations 1990 (Cth), which were scheduled to sunset on 1 October 2019, in substantially the same form, with some amendments to ensure that the regulations remain up-to-date and fit for purpose.

This new Regulation has been updated in the Point-in-Time Banking and Finance Service current to 15 September 2019. (NB: Subscription required).
