Intellectual Property Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Intellectual Property Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Productivity Commission Response Part 2 and Other Measures) Act 2020 (Cth) (Act No 9 of 2020).

Act 9 of 2020

The purpose of the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Productivity Commission Response Part 2 and Other Measures) Act 2020 is to make improvements to implement the second set of legislative measures in response to the 2016 Productivity Commission Report. The Act also makes a number of technical fixes to the Australian IP system.    

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Intellectual Property Service current to 5 March 2020. (NB: Subscription required).
