The Competition and Consumer Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Food and Grocery) Amendment Regulations 2020.

Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Food and Grocery) Amendment Regulations 2020

These regulations amend the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Food and Grocery) Regulation 2015 to give effect to the Government’s response to the Independent Review of the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct – Final Report.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Competition and Consumer Service current to 18 October 2020. (NB: Subscription required).
