Energy and Resources Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Energy and Resources Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Act 2021 (Cth) (Act 13 of 2021).

Act 13 of 2021

The Act makes a number of amendments to Commonwealth laws to reflect and support the proposed operation of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021 (Cth), and also ensures that appropriate transitional arrangements are in place for matters before the federal courts as at the date of commencement of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021 (Cth).

The new amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Energy and Resources Service current to 6 April 2021. (NB: Subscription required).
