GST Point-in-Time Service Updates

The GST Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Competition and Consumer Amendment (State/Territory Energy Law) Regulations 2021 (Cth).

Competition and Consumer Amendment (State/Territory Energy Law) Regulations 2021

This Regulation prescribes the Electricity Infrastructure Investment Act 2020 of New South Wales as a State/Territory energy law for the purposes of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 in the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time GST Service current to 28 October 2021. (NB: subscription required).
