The Customs Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Customs Amendment (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement Implementation) Act 2021 (Cth) (Act 112 of 2021).

Act 112 of 2021

The purpose of this Act is to amend the Customs Act 1901 to introduce new rules of origin for goods that are imported into Australia from a Party to the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. The amendment to the Customs Act will enable goods that satisfy the rules of origin to enter Australia at preferential rates of customs duty.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Customs Service current to 16 November 2021. (NB: subscription required).
