Corporations Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Corporations Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Amendment (India Free Trade Agreement) Regulations 2022 (Cth) and the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Amendment (UK Free Trade Agreement) Regulations 2022 (Cth).

This instrument amends the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Regulation 2015 (Cth) to give effect to Australia’s obligations under the Australia-India Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement.

The instrument amends the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Regulation 2015 (Cth) to give effect to Australia’s obligations under the Australia-United Kingdom Free Trade Agreement.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Corporations Service current to 4 December 2022. (NB: subscription required).
