The Corporations Service has been updated to include the Fair Work and Other Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Regulations 2023 (Cth).

Fair Work and Other Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Regulations 2023

This instrument primarily amends the Fair Work Regulations 2009 (Cth) in response to legislative changes made by the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Act 2022 (Cth).

This instrument also makes a consequential amendment to subparagraph 5.3A.50(2)(zo)(i) of the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth) to replace the redundant reference to the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth) with the Federal Safety Commissioner Act 2022 (Cth).
