The Energy and Resources Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Legislation (Repeal and Consequential Amendments (No. 2)) Regulations 2023 (Cth).

Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Legislation (Repeal and Consequential Amendments (No. 2)) Regulations 2023

This instrument repeals the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Greenhouse Gas Injection and Storage) Regulations 2011 (Cth), and makes a consequential amendment to the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2011 (Cth) to ensure that the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Greenhouse Gas Injection and Storage) Regulations 2023 (Cth) are able to be fully implemented.

The new amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Energy and Resources Service current to 1 December 2023. (NB: Subscription required).
